Jump in! Doodle & Flow is a practice that you can experience in just 10 minutes a day.
* As creative people we can be particular about our paper, markers, studio space, lighting, mood, food... but Doodle & Flow is about insight, not art. The point is to experience the process and be in the flow. Grab whatever is nearby and just jump in!
